In our Level Up Leadership program you will have the opportunity to link arms with a group of people whose sole focus is to help you grow both professionally and personally. You will be surrounded by people who are in similar situations to yours, who help you contextualize your experience as they share theirs. Your team will encourage you to continue to get better each week as you cultivate your leadership as a boss, co-worker, spouse, friend, parent to a level that you or those that are around you didn’t know were possible! You will unlock the parts of your story that you have forgotten, learn new things about leadership that unlock your heart, and create a plan that will unlock the potential in you! You will have a coach who will create a fun-loving environment where you will feel invited to be curious with yourself as you gain a greater understanding of who you are and what possibilities are ahead. This program is designed to cultivate the leader inside of you, who is more connected to yourself, and has experienced others in new ways that gives you the confidence that you need to Level Up."*" indicates required fields
Your leadership growth plan includes:
- Creation of a personal development plan
- Telling important parts of your story
- 8 weeks of Emotional Intelligence training and exercises - customized to you from your assessment
- Relational Nutrients training and exercises
- 10- three hour group coaching sessions with your Team
- 10- one hour Individual Coaching sessions
- 10- homework partner sessions with a designed curriculum
- Team of four other individuals who are invested in your growth professionally and personally
